We’re off to our strongest start yet!

Month 1 of the Typing Tournament is in the books, and with schools already locked in competition, momentum is building fast!

We are off to our strongest start ever. The leaderboard is heating up as students push their speed and accuracy to the limit, all aiming for a coveted spot in our brand-new Top 10 display.

A huge congratulations to our current individual leaders setting a blistering pace at the top:

1st Place: Aimee

2nd Place: Louise

3rd Place: Victoria

Over in the school standings, Vauvert Primary currently leads the pack, but St Martin’s Primary and All Saints Lessingham are hot on their heels in second and third. Every single keypress counts, and these rankings can shift in an instant!

Is your school joining the race?

There's still plenty of time to get your students involved, sharpen their essential digital literacy skills, and compete for the trophy.

It is completely FREE to enter, making it a fun way to prepare your students for an increasingly digital world.

Thank you for your continued support,

The KAZ Team

AND 2025/2026 CHAMPIONS ARE…

ALL SAINTS SCHOOL, LESSINGHAM

They’ve officially claimed the trophy from last year’s champions, Castel School, Guernsey — what a fantastic achievement!

And that’s not all... Tommy-Lee has been crowned this year’s individual champion!

Huge congratulations to Tommy-Lee and everyone at

ALL SAINTS SCHOOL, LESSINGHAM

But the big question is... Can they retain their crown in 2026/27?

And perhaps even more importantly... Is YOUR school ready to challenge for the title?

The KAZ team would like to congratulate All Saints School, Lessingham, on winning their complimentary annual school licence, along with the all-important Champions’ Trophy.

We hope you enjoy showing them off!

A very special congratulations also goes to Tommy-Lee on an absolutely fantastic achievement. Very well done! We hope you’re incredibly proud of your winner’s certificate — you’ve certainly earned it!

And, of course, a special mention must go to Castel School and Hills Road College, who finished in 2nd and 3rd place respectively. Congratulations — a brilliant effort!

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to all the teachers who entered their schools into this year’s tournament. We really appreciate your support in making the competition such a success.

Finally, a massive THANK YOU to every student who took part.

For those who have now left school, we hope the typing skills you've developed will serve you well in further education, future careers and beyond!

And for those of you who are still at school... This year’s tournament starts soon... So get practising!

Remember... the difference between 40 wpm and 83 wpm is just practice - and Tommy-Lee is proof!
