A huge congratulations to all our amazing students for their fantastic effort this month — you’ve absolutely smashed it!

And a massive shoutout to Adonis, our February Champion — what an incredible achievement! Fast fingers and fierce focus clearly paid off!

Now here’s where it gets exciting… for the first time in ages, we have a DOUBLE TIE for both 2nd and 3rd place! ?? Same WPM. Same brilliance. It honestly couldn’t be closer!

With a wave of new schools jumping into the tournament, the competition is heating up fast. The leaderboard is tighter than ever…

And guess what? March is already shaping up to be an absolute thriller!

Please encourage your students to take part in this year’s tournament. It’s far more than just a competition — it’s a motivating and engaging way for them to practise regularly, build confidence, and develop lasting skills. Tournaments give students a clear goal to work towards, helping them focus, measure their progress, and celebrate their improvements along the way.

While it may seem like they’re competing against students from other schools, the real competition is with themselves. Each attempt is a chance to beat their own previous score, improve their accuracy, increase their speed, and grow in confidence. That sense of personal achievement is incredibly powerful and often inspires students to push further than they thought possible.

Taking part also builds resilience, concentration, and a healthy competitive spirit. Students experience the excitement of being part of something bigger — a shared global event — while still working towards their own individual best.

With schools from across the world participating this year, the tournament truly has an international stage.

It’s exciting to see so many students united in developing such an important lifelong skill.

Will we celebrate a new winner this year — or will our current champion defend their title? There’s only one way to find out!

Arielle is still sitting proudly at the very top of the leaderboard — what a performance!

She’s been absolutely outstanding so far… but there’s no time to relax just yet. Adonis and Joe are closing the gap fast and the competition is heating up by the day!

Even more schools have now entered the challenge, bringing fresh energy and new rivals into the mix. With all this momentum building, one big question remains…

Monthly Update – The Typing Tournament Is on Fire!

We’re into Month 3, and things are really heating up! Our current leader is still holding the top spot — but not for long, maybe? With loads of new schools joining in, the top three scores are getting super close, and the leaderboard could change any day!

After the fireworks on the 5th, will that extra spark inspire our typists to shoot for the stars and claim the typing crown?

As we count down to Christmas, the big question is…

KAZ’s 2025/2026 Touch Typing Tournament is Here!

A brand-new school year means a brand-new typing tournament! Can you believe it? 

Competition is already heating up, with some schools racing ahead from day one. They say the early bird catches the worm… but St. Paul’s, who almost had the trophy in their hands for a third year in a row, saw it snatched away just days before the tournament ended!

A huge congratulations to Ben and Castel School, Guernsey, for swooping in and claiming the trophy—what a moment!

We’ve had the earliest entries in years, and it seems the pupils at St. Paul’s wanted to make a statement. But it’s only the beginning! With Eastbourne and Hautes Capelles hot on their heels, the leaderboard is still wide open—expect some thrilling twists!

Teachers: Spark the excitement! Join the fun, set up an inter-school challenge, and give your pupils a goal to aim for.

Pupils: Now’s your chance to show the teachers who’s really in control of the keyboard!

A shiny new trophy awaits the winning school—and let’s not forget the bragging rights that come with it.

Getting started is super easy: all pupils are automatically entered! Just click the trophy icon in the blue admin bar, and you’re in. You can take the test as many times as you like to climb the leaderboard and improve your ranking.
