Whether you have a ‘Corporate Social Responsibility Budget’ or otherwise, please help us prepare the youth in your area for the working environment by equipping them with an invaluable ‘life skill’.

In today’s world of computers and technology, we believe teaching students the 3Rs - reading, writing and arithmetic are NOT the only fundamentals we need to equip them with.

The invaluable ‘life skill’ of touch typing is also essential and should be made available and taught as early as possible, as it presents a huge advantage - preparing them for further education, the working environment and life. Additionally, it has been proven that efficient typing skills not only improves productivity but allows the brain to focus on creativity.

As for students with special educational needs, touch typing can be a life changing tool - offering a new and powerful medium for learning and communicating and introducing them to an accessible academic world they can cope in and even excel in.

Our company KAZ Type Limited has been successfully serving the educational sector for the past 20 years with our award winning, inclusive typing software.

Developed with advice and guidance from the Dyslexia Research Trust, our new ‘Mainstream’ and ‘Neurodiverse’ edition is suitable for both mainstream students, as well as students with one or a combination of the following neurological differences: Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, ASD, Tourette's, amongst others.

The program teaches typing skills whilst minimising disturbances related to visual stress by means of a unique 'Preference Screen' – tailor making the course to the individual’s needs for maximum visibility comfort. It uses a unique and proven ‘accelerated learning’ teaching method. Incorporating both 'muscle memory' and 'brain balance', it engages the major senses of sight, sound and touch simultaneously, radically enhancing memory retention and recall - which is why it is so effective.

Additionally, our recently launched ‘City & Guilds Assured’ edition awards all successful candidates (age 15+) a digital certificate and badge to showcase their skill on their social media profiles, CVs and job application forms - a wonderful asset when seeking employment.

Since launch, we are thrilled to say we have had a fantastic response, with the product receiving wonderful reviews. We are CPD accredited, City & Guilds Approved and most recently, have been shortlisted as a Bett Awards 2019 finalist.

However, although we have tried to keep our licences as affordable as possible, due to cutbacks within school budgets, many state schools and academies are still unable to afford our licenses, so we are looking for sponsors / benefactors.
